• Delivery times and methods:
We use a door to door courier service that cannot deliver to a PO Box so must have a physical address. Delivery times vary but are generally overnight for North Island and 3-4 days for South Island. Rural Delivery takes 6-10 days due to the hand over to the Rural Delivery Service.
• Returns and/or refund policy:
If for any reason the item is does not fit, is damaged or we have supplied an incorrect item we will offer a replacement at no extra charge or full refund including the shipping costs, at our discretion. We may ask that the filter be returned to us for examination or resale but will pay the return shipping costs. If a customer has ordered an incorrect item or reconsidered their purchase we will refund the cost of the filter less any shipping cost upon the receipt of the item in a saleable condition. The full shipping cost of an item may not have be charged for so the shipping deduction on a returned item may be higher than that paid.
• Export conditions and restrictions:
Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Credit card security
Shoppers purchasing by credit card are transferred to the Payment Express website to transact. This is a secure credit card payment service provided by Direct Payment Solutions. Our site neither collects nor stores your credit card details
